The German luxury carmaker Audi launches its most powerful as well as the fastest road car the limited edition Audi R8 LMX in India priced at Rs 2.97 crore at ex-showroom Delhi. This super car is the first production car with laser high beam lighting in India, which offers breathtaking performance and groundbreaking technology. This is a limited edition car, only 99 vehicles available globally.
The Audi R8 LMX comes with revolutionary laser beam lighting which is activated at a speed of 60 kmph and above. The laser light spots offer a higher range of visibility enhancing the safety aspect.
Audi R8 LMX is powered by 5.2 liter, V10 mid mounted engine that generates 570 hp of power and 540 Nm of torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds and it has a top speed is 320 km/h. It is mated to a 7-speed S tronic transmission and all wheel drive system. It has double wishbone suspension and ASF (Audi Space Frame) aluminum body.
The model also sends out a clear visual signal with its Audi exclusive customized paint finish in Ara Blue, crystal effect. The interiors are fitted with dynamic lines with blue accents throughout. The bucket seats are covered in Fine Nappa leather with Sepang Blue diamond pattern.
