Hyundai Motor India has displayed the first design sketch of its most awaited SUV type car called “i20 Active” compact SUV. This is scheduled to official launch in the Indian market on 17th of March, 2015. Company says that the “i20 Active” is designed at Hyundai Motor’s Design Centre Europe in Russelsheim, Germany, and is based on Hyundai’s Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 design philo.
According to the design we can see the changes from the official sketches, this new vehicle gets all-around plastic cladding redesigned bumpers with fog lamps at front and rear. The bumpers with faux silver bash guards and roof rails and also company added the Elite i20 grille in the i20 Active.
The i20 Active appearance conveys athletic presence and aggressive side-profile rake looking more sporty and sharper. The car combines fun driving, a distinctive character and sporty refinement, with the enhanced practicality and quality.
The other details like technical, features and price are not revealed yet. But we are hoping that Hyundai i20 Active will compete against Volkswagen Cross Polo, Toyota Etios Cross and Fiat Avventura.
